Who are we?
That's a good question...
We are the thinkers, the tinkerers, the ones that just want to do a great job. We are the people who run with ideas. We see the possibilities, the problems and come up with the solutions. We thrive for the challenge. We're open, honest and tell it how it is. We're proud of who we are, where we've come from and where we're going.Liam Bowers, Technical Director
After working in the digital industry for many years we thought we would use the knowledge and experience we've gained and put those skills to good use.
We recognised that there are countless businesses in the world that could do with a bit of help to be more productive.
A few years and a few learnt lessons along the way we've applied our skills to a plethora of clients and have genuinely made a different to how they do business. We want to continue refining how we operate, build bigger and better things and try to make a genuine impact in businesses.
We want to help people turn those 'wouldn't it be great if...' crazy ideas in to a very tangible reality.
We're passionate about what we do. We're curious. We are those kind of people who won't go to sleep until we've solved a problem, just for the sheer satisfaction of doing it. We love what we do and we don't do half measures. This is exactly why you want us in your corner, helping you figure out the best way to apply software and technology to push you forward.
Our values shape who we are and how we deliver our services to our clients.
Build great things
Think clever, think elegant. No half measures. No compromises in quality.
Be open and honest, always
We're great at what we do but we're not perfect. We put our hands up when we're wrong and we're not afraid to say it how it is. We're not 'yes' people, we're honest people.
Don't stop learning
We're naturally curious about what can be done and the possibilities before us. We learn, grow and evolve in to bigger and better things.
Do the right thing
Don't be afraid to try and fail
If you've never failed, then you've never tried. We learn from our experiences, whatever the outcome and we're better for it.
If 2020 has taught us anything, is that it's ok to be vulnerable. Without vulnerability we don't have creativity. Without vulnerability you can't have courage. Be bold, be vulnerable.
